SMS Consent Policy

1. Overview

PDR Pro, Inc. ("PDR Pro," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS text messaging to provide account verification and login services. This policy explains how we obtain your consent to receive text messages, what messages you will receive, and how to opt out.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive text messages from PDR Pro when you voluntarily provide your phone number and take one of the following actions:
  • During account setup: After creating your business page, you enter your cell phone number on the verification screen and tap "Send Code." The screen clearly states: "Enter your cell number and we'll text you a verification code."
  • On the login page: Returning users enter their phone number on pdr.pro/login and tap "Send Verification Code" to receive a one-time verification code.
  • Newsletter signup: Users who enter their phone number in the newsletter form at the bottom of pdr.pro consent to receive periodic updates about PDR Pro.

In all cases, you must actively submit your phone number and tap a clearly labeled button to trigger an SMS. No messages are sent without this explicit action.

3. Types of Messages You Will Receive

  • Verification / Login links: One-time authentication links sent when you request to log in or verify your account. These messages are transactional and sent only when you request them. Example: "Your PDR Pro login link: https://pdr.pro/verify?token=... This link expires in 15 minutes."
  • Newsletter updates (if opted in): Periodic updates about PDR Pro features and tips for growing your PDR business. Sent no more than twice per month.

4. Message Frequency

  • Login/verification messages: Sent only when you request them. Typically 1 message per login attempt.
  • Newsletter messages: No more than 2 messages per month.

5. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages from PDR Pro at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP
Reply STOP to any text message from PDR Pro. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Contact Us
Email support@pdr.pro with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and include the phone number you want to opt out.

After opting out, you will no longer receive any text messages from PDR Pro, including login links. You can still access your account by contacting support for alternative verification methods.

6. How to Opt Back In

If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again:
  • Reply START or UNSTOP to our number
  • Or visit pdr.pro/login and request a new login link

8. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. PDR Pro does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

9. Privacy

Your phone number is used solely for account verification, login, and newsletter delivery (if opted in). We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
