By accessing or using PDR Pro ("the Service"), operated by PDR Pro, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

PDR Pro is a link-in-bio page builder designed for paintless dent repair technicians. The Service allows users to:

• Create a professional business page at a custom URL (pdr.pro/yourbrand)
• Auto-populate business information from public sources
• Edit and manage their business page through an authenticated dashboard
• View page analytics and visitor statistics

To create and manage a page, you must provide a valid phone number for SMS verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or business
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Claim a slug (URL) for a business you do not own or represent

You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service (business information, photos, descriptions). By publishing content on PDR Pro, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the Service.

We may use publicly available business data (from Google Maps, Yelp, and other public sources) to auto-populate your page. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting this information before publishing.

When you claim a slug (e.g., pdr.pro/yourbrand), it is reserved for 72 hours. If you do not complete the setup and publish your page within that period, the slug may become available to others. Published slugs remain reserved as long as your account is active.

We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign slugs that violate these Terms, infringe trademarks, or have been inactive for an extended period.

PDR Pro offers both free and paid tiers. Free accounts include core page-building features. Paid features and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For paid services, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your published page will be taken offline
• Your slug will be released for others to use
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDR Pro, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDR Pro, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
